Press release for students - Floods as war weapons

From EGU  --  Most floods are natural events that can happen when it rains a lot in a short period of time, or when there’s a storm surge (rising sea water due to stormy winds that can flood coastal areas). But a new study shows that some past floods in the Netherlands had entirely different causes.
