On August 21, 2017, there will be a total eclipse of the Sun visible from the U.S. (and only the US!) The path of what is being called the “All American” total eclipse is only about 60 miles wide and goes from a beach in Oregon to a beach in South Carolina, crossing the country diagonally. The partial eclipse, on the other hand, will be visible to 500 million people in all parts of the US and North America.

From Partnership for the Delaware Estuary, 08/27/2015 -- Over 550 people will enjoy a free boat ride at Pennsylvania Coast Day on Sept. 12, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., at Penn’s Landing.
The Partnership for the Delaware Estuary will give away over 350 tickets for the RiverLink Ferry and 150 tickets for the Patriot. Both tours will be narrated. It is also offering free kayaking and pedal boating in Penn’s Landing Marina. Those who take advantage of both could save up to $40.
