2015 NIST Summer Institute for Middle School Science Teachers


The Commerce Department’s National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) recently announced they are accepting applications for a grant program for middle school science teachers. This program underscores the importance of educating our teachers in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM). President Obama has set a priority of increasing the number of teachers who are proficient in these vital fields.
