A six-day unit for middle school and high school students, developed by the 2008-2009 TESSE graduate student fellows.

As part of the NSF-funded program on Transforming Earth System Science (NSF GEO-Teach, Award #0631377), we provide valuable information on the basics of approaching a six-day unit on coal resources and energy technologies.  The unit has been designed with an Earth system pedagogy and an inquiry-based approach.
